Service access
Access is provided according to the active system capacity, service assignments, API limits, and payment status shown in your account. We may pause access for abuse, unpaid invoices, security risk, or prohibited activity.
Plans & Billing
System capacity is sold in prepaid packs. Payments are processed by supported payment providers. Activated capacity is assigned to the account after payment confirmation or manual admin approval.
API usage
Customers must use documented endpoints, rate limits, and assigned resources only. Attempts to access resources not assigned to the account may be blocked and logged.
Availability
The service may depend on network, payment, hosting, and backend systems. We work to keep access stable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service period.
